Who We Are
The Catholic Art Institute is a USCCB endorsed, 501c3 non-profit organization working to restore a culture of truth, beauty, and goodness. We empower artists to use their gifts to glorify God and captivate souls through beauty.
Our programming includes educational events, workshops, retreats, the Sacred Art Prize competition and exhibitions, film festivals, speaker series, podcasts, and especially our annual conference. We provide preeminent education, resources, and inspiration to all those interested in the elevation of the Catholic arts.

What Sponsorship Offers You

The annual conference is our largest and best-attended event where members of the Institute, clergy, artists, craftsmen, architects ,facilities managers, and students gather and network while taking in presentations by the leading scholars associated with the Catholic artistic tradition. Previous conference presenters have included Sir Roger Scruton, Sir James McMillan, Duncan Stroik, James McCrery, Dr. Elizabeth Lev, Alexander Stoddart, Craig Hamilton, and many more. This is a wonderful opportunity to promote your business to large targeted audience and network with attendees and our speakers, while also being inspired by the conference presentations.

Each attendee receives a conference program that includes a printed ad but sponsor ads appear onscreen during the conference, as well as part of a slideshow that will rotate during the conference. Sponsors names are listed in the speaker presentations that will be recorded and posted to Youtube.com. Sponsors are also listed with a clickable logo in our email newsletter as part of conference promotion and their names will remain on the conference web page indefinitely. Further sponsors will be mentioned across our social media, in addition to our newsletter reaching over 40K subscribers.

All sponsors receive a vendor table at the conference but Title and Platinum Sponsors receive a VIP table. Tables allow for high visibility in an elegant setting in Catholic University of America’s O’Connell Hall, with ample time for networking and conviviality. The venue is perfect for building professional relationships centered around the pursuit of beauty.

Title Sponsors are invited to briefly introduce their company followed by a scripted introduction for one conference presenter. Title Sponsors receive a $200 discount off any cover ad.

*All sponsorships that include vendor tables also include 1 ticket for the full conference.
Additional tickets are available at a discounted rate of $275 per person.

**VIP Access allows entry to the VIP reception with the guest speakers and VIP members of the Catholic Arts Institute.

The Catholic Art Institute is offering two opportunities to sponsor the 2025 Annual Conference on Sept. 19 & 20, 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for sponsors to network and promote their businesses to a large audience, passionate about the Catholic arts and beauty. These opportunities include reserving a sponsorship table or placing an ad in our conference program.
ABOUT SPONSORSHIP TABLES

Sponsorship tables will be available at the conference and located in the same room as the conference presentations and meals. This will provide an ideal opportunity to network and meet with conference attendees.
​
Sponsored tables are six foot, rectangular and include a table cloth and one ticket to the conference. Regular and VIP tables are available for reservation.
VIP tables provide access to the special VIP reception with the conference presenters on Friday Sept. 19, in Heritage hall, as well as priority seating during the presentations on both days of the conference
​
Table sponsors will be thanked by a listing in the program, in our email newsletter, on the conference page and projected on the overhead screen at the conference, as well as being included in the speaker presentations that will be recorded and posted to YouTube.

This is a wonderful opportunity to promote your business to large targeted audience and network with attendees and speakers at the 2025, 6th Annual Catholic Art Institute Conference by purchasing an ad.
A limited number of full and 1/2 page ads are available. Your ad will also appear onscreen during the conference and be presented as part of a slideshow that will rotate at the beginning of the conference as guests arrive, during breaks in between speaker presentations and included in the speaker presentations that will be recorded and posted to Youtube.com.
